PACE Organization of Rhode Island is a not-for-profit health plan that cares for adults age 55 and older. These older adults all have complex health needs but want to remain at home. As the insurer, provider, and coordinator of health care and wellness, PACE-RI tailors care plans to meet each participant’s individual needs through a range of service offerings. These services can be delivered in the home, at our health clinics and day centers, and beyond, providing great peace of mind for participants and their caregivers. Over the past 15 years, PACE-RI has served more than 1,000 participants across Rhode Island.
